More House Pictures

Here are some more pictures of the house we are looking at. My Dad wanted to see some more, so here ya go. We put an offer in today, so hopefully we will hear back soon.

School fundraiser.

No I am not asking anyone to buy stuff. 

Yesterday night Cassidy's school had a fundraiser at one of my favorite places. Noodles & Co. so of course we went.  I was very excited when I found out where it was. Abe was at work. Working hard I'm sure. So it was just Cassidy, Luke, John, Precious (she goes everywhere with us. But she had to stay in the car this time) and I. I was very surprised how busy it was. There was no empty seat.  As far as I could tell everyone from her school. It is great to be in a school with so much support. I will miss this school when we move. 

Cassidy was SOOOOO excited to see her teacher and friends. I did bring my camera but was unable to get pictures. Sorry! By the time I got it out, Mrs Greer had already left. 

I hope to get some pictures this weekend to post. so Until then. We love you all.

We decided to see what else we can get (house) for the same price. Abe felt like we are going to be overpaying for the House on Cambell place.

Aside from the awsome dirt pile. Its a great home in a great location. They have the same square footage. Which would you go for?

Birthday Lunch only a few weeks late.

Which one is the Toy? They are the same size. (under all that poof) If you look closely you will notice the brown one has marks and stuff from being carried around and eaten from Bomber. Its a good thing he hasn't tried that with Precious yet. 

Today I post for our family. A special thanks to all who sent birthday cards for Luke's & Cassidy's Birthday.

Some of you put Mc D's gift cards inside the birthday cards. My Kids were very excited to get those. Mc D's is their 1st choice for food. 

I am surprised that is has taken me this long to get Mc D's. At least they both got to use their $ at the same time.  It was a very nice treat for them today. So thank you to all. We love you. 

old school dance moves are coming back

John found our big costco size paper and thought it was perfect for a bed.  Boys will be boys. I have no idea what they are thinking. Of course the bed idea only lasted a few min. It was just too boring I guess.
A slide was Better and more fun.
Last Saturday we finally got to go to Dave Baer's Wedding. One of Abe's friends from Dental School. We have waiting for this for 5 years now. It was Beautiful. 

The Kids love to "Bust A Move."  You can't see it but John is turning the butter. I have a great video but cant seem to upload it. Sorry! 

Someone might want to catch Luke. It looks like he is about to bite the dust.

Ahhh. Slow dancing together. Its a good thing I had a camera in my purse. Someday they will deny this ever happened. That makes me sad to think about.  They are great brother and sister. 

Puppy Love

So Cassidy's dog Precious is doing very well. She loves to sleep with Cassidy. We tried to put her in a box on the bed next to Cassidy, But Precious would jump out and sleep by Cassidy's head. 

In the car I tried to have the dog sleep on the front seat but she climbed to the back to sleep in Cassidy's lap. That made Cassidy feel good. Her dog loves her already. 

When Luke heard me say that Cassidy is like Precious's mom, he then said, "then I'm Bomber's Dad" 

Last night when I took the dogs out for a break. Precious runs around like crazy. Problem is it snowed a lot; that made yucky puddles in some of the holes that Jack and Bomber made. She was running as fast as she could and fell into a muddy hole. After she climbed out, she just stood there shocked for a while. Covered in brown mud water. The whole thing made me laugh. So to get her clean again I had to give her a Bath in the sink. She looks funny all wet.  But she took it very well. It is a lot easier to clean a little dog then the big ones. even the blow dryer went well. She might of liked the warm. She gets so cold outside so fast. But it fluffed her hair up more then usual. now she is all fluff. 

Here is Cassidy's fancy sunglasses. Abe thought it would be cool for her to have glasses like her mommy.  All in all she had a great birthday. Thanks to everyone who called her to wish her happy birthday, or sent her a card... Thanks!!

What a day!

Today has been a busy day to say in the least. First, Cassidy has been talked out of getting her kitty. Everyone who has ever talked to her knows that for 2 years she has been talking about how when she moves into her new house she will get a kitty. Abe is not a big cat fan and the last one we had we had to get rid. (She started scratching faces, climbing our leather couches, marking walls, and I got preggo with John and could no longer change a litter box.) All that is very common with cats. So chances of that happening again was 100%. 

Cassidy got to hold cute little puppies the last few days and has started thinking about getting one. Luckly for Abe and I the thing that finally changed her mind is when she found out that the princess crown bowls she already had would work for a small cat size dog too & she can take her dog with her in the boat and car.  

Abe and Cassie had been looking at different types of dogs on line and this is the kind she picked. It is a Maltese.  She then informed her Daddy (he is wrapped around her finger) that she wanted it for her birthday.  So I now have 3 dogs.  at least this one is so small, so everything that goes with it is small too. After bringing the puppy home Abe and I got to go with some friends to the Rockies game. IT WAS AWSOME!  Total VIP treatment.  Great free dinner before, waitress and free food during the game. We got lots of hot chocolate. It was very cold. and the best seats ever. Yes that is the rockies dug out right next to Abe.  shoulder to shoulder. I even got to talk to them and a free game ball.  

This is all the high fives after Matt Holliday hit the winning home run. It was a good game. I was very surprised how fast the game went. I loved it. I'll go again anytime. Next time I will wear warmer shoes.  This is the view of the dugout from Abe's seat.

After we got home I was pleased to see how well she is taking care of her dog. She decided to name it Precious.  It was a tough decision between Sweetheart, Flower, muffin, Whopper, and I was voting for Jazell or Zellie for short. (the princess from Enchanted the movie). She sure is tiny. She wont be bigger then 7 lbs full grown, or about 6 -7  inches in height. Tomorrow I guess I will be looking for a dog purse carrier.  She loves to be held. So I guess that will be perfect. if you put her down she just finds the closet person to her. Even John.  I think although I don't need another dog, she is the perfect addition. 

Abe is 30

Thursday was Abe's birthday. We took him out Wednesday since he didn't work that day to get some new clothes and things he needed. I saw no point in wrapping everything he already saw.  But the kids still wanted to do something special to tell him how much we love him and we are excited that it is his birthday. So while he was at work we got lots of balloon's, streamers, cards, flowers, and of course they helped me make his yellow cup-cakes with chocolate frosting. Then we had to wait for him to get home. but this is what he had waiting for him. The kids were so excited.
As soon as they heard the garage door open they decided to jump out and surprise him. All three of them under the table. I suggested they move out from under the table though so they don't bump their heads jumping up. (its a good thing they have patience. they were under their a while. Abe was on the phone with grandpa charlie.)
After opening cards and giving lots of hugs and kisses, we decided we just couldn't wait to dive into those cup-cakes. boy were they good. 
All the fun decorating and playing made John super tired. He took a nap before we could leave for dinner.
But before we left they had to get washed up for dinner. All said and done. Abe had a great birthday. We love you Abe. Happy 30th Birthday!
